Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us rid ourselves of every burden and sin that clings to us and persevere in running the race that lies before us while keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Leader and Perfecter of faith. For the sake of the joy that lay before Him He endured the Cross, despising its shame, and has taken His seat at the Right of the Throne of God. Hebrews 12:1-2

No shame in the freedom you announce in the Salvation Jesus offers

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us rid ourselves of every burden and sin that clings to us and persevere in running the race that lies before us while keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Leader and Perfecter of faith. For the sake of the joy that lay before Him He endured the Cross, despising its shame, and has taken His seat at the Right of the Throne of God. Hebrews 12:1-2

Jeremiah 38:4-10, Psalm 40, Hebrews 12:1-4 & Luke 12:49-53

It may seem hard to focus on the sufferings of Christ to fully live the life of renouncing sin. We look at suffering as something bad in our lives but in Truth we find God places obstacles to see that the true needs of your abilities are accomplished by practice emerged in prayer screaming the silent or verbal words of God’s Divine Designed Truth. We must rid our thoughts not focused on Christ embracing the joy that lay before us in thought, action and deed. There is no shame in the freedom you announce in the Salvation Jesus offers us all. If you are willing to announce Him in everything you do, He promises you He’ll announce you in Heaven when the race is complete.

It too seems hard to fully comprehend the division God’s Son causes in the day-to-day aspects of life with family, friends and the people you meet. The importance of living for Jesus comes out in the nonjudgmental areas of life’s repose seeing not the sin but the sinner who needs your embrace. Why does His love threaten people with such denial and force? Self-will gives us options of excess which God sees as greed. Many will despise you but many more will welcome the everlasting Truth surrounded in the faith, hope and love gifted in charity. God’s Grace will soothe your jealous hearts allowing His Purpose to give you strength and courage. Worry not of their hate pray for their conversion. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray to persevere by keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus. Novena prayers day two for Maria with cancer. Novena prayers day one for Ocean Studies Montessori. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has our constant prayers. LORD from Psalm 62:12-13, I chant- “One thing God has said; two things I have heard: Strength belongs to God; so too, my LORD, does mercy, For you repay each man according to his deeds.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

I am yours in Christ,

Sitting now by the Hand of Judgment- Hebrews 12:1-4

Paul addressing us all
Called us not to fall
Tall are the witnesses to call
Stall the sin we used to crawl

Give up not the race
Rid yourself of the haste
Eyes fixed on Christ’s taste
The Salvation He Perfected in grace

Joy beyond all torment
Nothing hidden or lying dormant
Cross endured winds storming
Shame despised grace His Will forming

Sitting now by the Hand of Judgment
Enduring sinner’s eternal opposition
Lose not heart or strength in your struggles
You resist not to the point of bloodshed

About Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins

My name is Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins. I first recognize Christ as my Savior in all things. I am married to my best friend and Soul-Mate in Christ, Antonia Cruz-Wiggins. I am a University of Florida graduate of Public Relations, a US Navy Veteran and a Montessori Elementary School Teacher. I love life and God's help of living it! I follow the Light of Christ in everything I do! I love writing poetry about the Lord and I create a new poem from each Scripture I discern in my daily mediations. You can almost follow the poem by looking at the readings for each day. I started sharing this small yet personal scripture study four years ago when one day I was reading the bible and the Holy Spirit moved me to share the verse with a group of about 40 Christian Men in my Emmaus Ministry who get together weekly to celebrate the Lord and talk about His Truth. Since then the number of people I share my study with has grown to over 650. I enjoy an open loving dialog about anything I write and I have strived to write what I know the Lord wants me to share steering clear of offending anyone’s spiritual beliefs because I share my work with people I meet in public when I strike up a conversation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It took almost 2 years to begin writing what the Holy Spirit leads me to say. I believe that all Christians must unite as One Body of Christ’s Love to accomplish the joy of living with love, honor and respect. I reach out to Humanity to share His Salvation be it Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopal or any other religion or belief. I seek to mirror His Compassion, His Simpleness, His Charity and His Love. While I am Catholic, I believe we must all unite in the Lord to become One Body in Christ to bring our children back to The Church. I am humbled to share my study with you. Please feel free to comment any time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my Joy because I am a Disciple of His Truth. I am honored to share my Bible study with anyone you may recommend. As always, I remain, Yours in Christ, Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins
