Nehemiah 8:1-4, 5-6, 7-12, Psalm 19 & Luke 10:1-12

It seems hard to imagine thirty years has progressed in a soul half lived in sin forgoing responsibility that people make daily a normal part of their everyday life. Today I celebrate the birth of a child I watched come into the world as a fresh seaman of the US Navy in Portsmouth, Virginia living in Norfolk stationed on the USS Barney DDG-6. I remember with such clarity the lines of her long legs seemingly bowing at the knees as I exclaimed, “she’s got bow legs just like me.” I know my excitement was a bit over the top but she was the first miracle I had ever witnessed. I can only imagine the countless miracles the doctor who delivered my first and only baby girl that day has witnessed as I meditate on the same path this little girl they handed me over thirty years ago during the early rush hour times of most major cities would be now at her age living the life of a doctor of pediatrics herself. I know her miracles are daily and many times seems tiring but worth the prestige and honor she wears with the white coat of medicine. My little girl nicknamed “Precious” was every ounce a determined person to become everything she dreamed escaping the confusion of a family falling a part becoming a physician and marrying her high school sweetheart. I congratulate her today as I celebrate rejoicing in the LORD the joy I feel for her well-being, her life and her love celebrating with her the peace I share in my soul for her success and her Salvation. Happy Birthday Precious. I love You Alexandra. Dad

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today for Alexandra instilling peace prayer in love. Novena prayers day four for John G. MD. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. We pray for Greg Bishop. LORD from Psalm 19:15, I chant, “Let the words of my mouth be acceptable, the thoughts of my heart before You, LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Healing worlds obey our precious hearts convey– Happy Birthday Alexandra

From the depths of my soul
I yearn for your love
Talking in laughter
Enjoying life ever after

It lingers in pain confusion the same
The love of life forgoing past strife
I live in peace my LORD’s retreat
I seek Truth no longer a recluse

Charity is the command I live at hand
Sharing God’s love with a hug from above
Healing as you upholding an oath to subdue
The sickness of the world I’m sorry I whirled

Much of my life away from your pain
Confuson and strain every right to complain
Together we’ve strayed significantly I’ve paid
Healing worlds obey our precious hearts convey

Happy Birthday Alexandra

About Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins

My name is Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins. I first recognize Christ as my Savior in all things. I am married to my best friend and Soul-Mate in Christ, Antonia Cruz-Wiggins. I am a University of Florida graduate of Public Relations, a US Navy Veteran and a Montessori Elementary School Teacher. I love life and God's help of living it! I follow the Light of Christ in everything I do! I love writing poetry about the Lord and I create a new poem from each Scripture I discern in my daily mediations. You can almost follow the poem by looking at the readings for each day. I started sharing this small yet personal scripture study four years ago when one day I was reading the bible and the Holy Spirit moved me to share the verse with a group of about 40 Christian Men in my Emmaus Ministry who get together weekly to celebrate the Lord and talk about His Truth. Since then the number of people I share my study with has grown to over 650. I enjoy an open loving dialog about anything I write and I have strived to write what I know the Lord wants me to share steering clear of offending anyone’s spiritual beliefs because I share my work with people I meet in public when I strike up a conversation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It took almost 2 years to begin writing what the Holy Spirit leads me to say. I believe that all Christians must unite as One Body of Christ’s Love to accomplish the joy of living with love, honor and respect. I reach out to Humanity to share His Salvation be it Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopal or any other religion or belief. I seek to mirror His Compassion, His Simpleness, His Charity and His Love. While I am Catholic, I believe we must all unite in the Lord to become One Body in Christ to bring our children back to The Church. I am humbled to share my study with you. Please feel free to comment any time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is my Joy because I am a Disciple of His Truth. I am honored to share my Bible study with anyone you may recommend. As always, I remain, Yours in Christ, Thomas Joe Cruz-Wiggins
